Fenoprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat mild to moderate pain, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other inflammatory conditions. It works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. Fenoprofen belongs to the propionic acid class of NSAIDs.
