N-methylscopolamine, also known as methscopolamine or hyoscine methobromide, is an anticholinergic medication used to treat spasms and cramps in the stomach, intestines, bladder, and other organs. It belongs to the class of muscarinic antagonists and works by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that stimulates muscle contractions.
