Brand: Oxandrin, Anavar
Oxandrolone is a synthetic anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) derived from dihydrotestosterone (DHT). It promotes muscle growth and increases protein synthesis, leading to gains in lean muscle mass. It is also used to promote weight gain after surgery, severe trauma, chronic infections, and in certain cases where patients fail to gain or maintain normal weight for other reasons.
Primarily used to promote weight gain after surgery, severe trauma, or chronic infections, and to treat bone pain associated with osteoporosis.
Oxandrolone may cause serious liver problems, including peliosis hepatis (blood-filled cysts in the liver), liver cell tumors, and liver failure. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience symptoms such as abdominal pain, light-colored stools, dark urine, unusual tiredness, nausea or vomiting, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
